  1. Hi Aslam,
I am new to Citrix and i am learning a lot from ur site. it’s being very useful to me, may Allah richly bless u.

I have this problem, i installed Citrix and plublished apps…from the server, i can go to the browser and access the published apps, no issues there, but when i go to client machines, am asked to install the pluging before accessing the apps. Unfortunately when i lunch the online plug-in istallation, it fails with an error code of 2203,(The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate aproblem with package.) i have downloaded plugins from citrix web site thinking that mine was corrupted but still the same thing. my XenApp server is running on server 2003 R2 with all the hotfixes installed.
Please help me as this is highly urgent for me.
    Thanks again for the posts.

    Technology specialist, IPMC Ghana

    • See if any citrix plugin is already installed, if it is then, un-install it and try again. Also, note that you should have admin rights to that client machine.
